What this is
A free tool that helps a group see where its members view how the team works differently, so they can talk about it. It is a conversation starter. It is not a performance review, a diagnosis or professional advice.
What you agree to
- Use the results to understand the group as a whole.
- Do not try to work out who gave which answer, and do not ask people to reveal it.
- Do not use results to make decisions about any individual's pay, promotion, discipline or employment.
- Only invite people you have a working relationship with. Do not post the link publicly.
- Do not use another person's identity or company name, and give accurate details about who you are.
- Do not attack or overload the service, or try to get around its limits.
Limits of the free check
- Groups of 6 to 50 people, one open check per email, and a limit on checks per company.
- Results appear only when enough people have answered. We set these protections to keep answers anonymous, and we do not turn them off on request.
- A check closes after 30 days and its data is deleted as the privacy notice describes.
- We may pause, limit or stop the free service, or close a check that breaks these terms.
No guarantees
The service is provided as it is. Results reflect what the people who answered chose to say and may not describe your whole group. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make from the results or for losses that come from using a free service.
